Super Sauropods

 LONGEST,LARGEST,
TALLEST.

..and also the heaviest.
Meet the largest living creatures ever to dwell our planet. Although these giants, were enormous they all started up from eggs. And their eggs were extraordinary, some were as large as large as a soccer ball. Records of these sauropods are stated below:

  • Tallest : Sauroposeidon ( about 28 m )
  • Largest : Argentinosaurus ( about 25 elephants )
  • Heaviest : Argentinosaurus ( about 95 tonnes )
  • Longest : Seismosaurus ( around 45 m )
The golden age of sauropods was during the Jurassic period, when they were smaller during the Triassic.
They became bigger in the Cretaceous. The titanosaurs were the largest types. The diplodocids were the longest, with front legs smaller than the hind legs. Meanwhile the brachiosaurs evolved to be the tallest types
with the longer front legs than the hind legs.
